My family loves playing games. I like trying new games so this was an excellent opportunity for us. I received the game with my kids in mind.
Even though we love computer games, there is something so much better. And that is playing with other people in a hands-on game. Spontuneous is a fun way to experience this. It can make you break out in song!!!
It can be played with 4 to 10 players and recommended for ages 9 and up.
We are always ready to play a new game and reading the instructions is where we start. We are sticklers for rules, so we followed along while playing. Here is a condensed version of the game.
It’s really this simple: One player (Tunesmith) says a word and the others race against each other and the clock to try and blurt out a 5-word portion of lyrics from any song containing the given Trigger-Word! The player who begins singing first, gets to roll the dice and advance around the board! If nobody can sing a song, the Tunesmith must be able to back it up with a song of their own, or else they roll both dice and move backwards. As players advance around the board, certain spaces will require them to draw a Spontuneous Card and attempt the crazy challenge! Whoever reaches finish first and completes the final challenge, wins the game!
My children are very competitive. I watched with happiness as they played. Even my son-in-law who wasn’t going to play joined it. It was just too much fun! We started with four players. Then picked our tune-master and began. Everyone made their lists of words from songs they knew. This gave us a good place to start.
This game invoked much laughter, fun, and bonding with the family. It was surprising to see how many different songs we knew. And how much our music tastes were so different. That is what made it challenging.

PandaBoy Challenge Accepted
I am reviewing the app for my iPhone called PandaBoy: Challenge Accepted. It is a 2D old school adventure game. It is a cute animated game for the iPhone with brightly colored graphics.
The app was very easy to install. As usual, it loads from Itunes.
PandaBoy is a little boy in a panda outfit who is brave enough to help save the Olympics. The Olympic flame had blown out during a storm. The tutorial guides you to help Pandaboy take the flame to London.
The adventure continues with PandaBoy jumping, spinning and moving to the target with fun for the iphone app player. You have options like pausing the game, restarting and turning off the sound. I usually play my games with no sound so I don’t bother anyone else. After each level you are awarded with medals that you earned in that level.
Download this game today and start enjoying the escapades of PandaBoy as he saves the London Olympics. You can be the hero.
